I don't know if anyone has any experience using the Yelp for Business website, but it SUCKS!
I initially setup my Yelp business account using my PO Box address (PO Box 554, Indiana PA 15701). For some unknown reason, the logic behind their website placed my business address on a random point on route 554 in Pennsylvania. Yep. Strange. I didn't realize what it had done until I attempted to setup my service area, which I wanted to define as "Indiana County". I was immediately shown a big red error stating that my service area could not be over 100 miles away from my address. This confused me, so I went back and looked at what my address was - and it was correct. However, when looking at the map they display for your service address, I noticed it had placed me at this random location on route 554. So, I clicked the "Edit" link above the map, and drug my location pointer to my physical address and clicked "Save". Boom, another red error message.
So, at this point, I set out to update my physical address by typing the change. I clicked the "Edit" link, updated the address to my physical address and clicked "Save". This time, I was greeted with a box asking my why I was changing it. I entered that I was changing from my PO Box address to my physical box address and clicked the "Save" button. I was then told it could take 3 days to verify this. Ok...fast forward a week. Nothing changed.
I once again go in and see that my address is showing at a random location on route 554 in Pennsylvania and that my address has not been updated. I once again go through the process of changing the address and am told it can take up to 3 days. This time I told them to remove my business listing. I don't have time for these kinds of games.
